Commercial usage license
Every AstroVibe subscription is a commercial usage license for the requests in your quota. You may build and sell closed-source applications, keep your application code private, ship to any app store, and white-label results for clients. There is no copyleft, no source-disclosure requirement, and no per-user royalty.
No AGPL exposure
The Service runs a vendored Swiss Ephemeris build (AGPL-3.0) entirely server-side. The AGPL copyleft applies to the ephemeris library, not to data you receive from it, and never reaches your application code. You receive computed output under the terms of this license, not the library's license.
Interpretation content
Editorial interpretation text returned by the Service is licensed to you for use within products you build on the Service during the subscription. You may not republish the interpretation packs as standalone content libraries or resell them as data.
Open artifacts
The accuracy benchmark, SDKs, and documentation are separate open artifacts (MIT where marked) that you may fork, rebrand, and reuse freely.
